How are rest time and paid flight time calculated?

As of update 1.1.79, the system for calculating mandatory rest time and paid flight time has been completely updated to make it even more realistic.

When is my flight paid in Flight Coins?

As long as you are not in a rest period.

This rest period is indicated in your dashboard in the "Mandatory rest time" section.

An icon indicating whether the flight is remunerated in FC and XP earnings has also been added. Simply hover the mouse over the icon to see the textual information for each icon.

Finally, you also have a textual indication when your flight is not remunerated in your logbook in the Flight Coins information icon.

When am I in a rest period?

• If I have completed more than 4 flights in a 24-hour period
• OR if I've flown more than 10 hours in a 24-hour period.

How is my rest period calculated?

Rest time is the total flight time flown over the last 24 hours.

Free flights launched during a rest period are not included in the rest time calculation.

During my rest period :

• I won't earn any FlightCoin during a free flight.
• I cannot launch a mission in career mode
• My monthly flight hour quota is not affected by free-flight flights
