First of all, take a screenshot and collect all the information that lets us investigate your technical incident. Also, we are asking for that information as proof that you have really flown.


Raise a case with all the following detail : 

Your Windows version
Your simulator name and exact version

Time of the technical incident

Your Flight leg

Your aircraft (mention the addon and the exact version)

Take a screenshot of the issue 

Mention the exact scenario performed when the issue happened

Mention how we can reproduce the same issue


Our technical team will investigate and come back to you.
