How to provide my flight recorder file to support team?

The log files contain technical information and logs from the MetaFlight application, and the metacars.db file contains flight data enabling you to reproduce your flight.


If a support agent requests the metacars.db file, you must send it to us, either as a ticket attachment or by uploading it to a file hosting site if the file size is too large.
