How to provide my flight recorder file to support team?

In order to analyze the data from your flight, at the request of the support agent, you can provide us with the recorder file for your flight, which can be found in the following directory: C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\MetacarsApp


The metacars.db file should be sent to us either as a ticket attachment or uploaded to a file hosting site if the file size is too large.

All you have to do is send us the link to your file on the support ticket.
